Ingredients
- 2-3 fillets cod, skinned and deboned
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp parsley, or other herb of choice (basil, dill, etc.)
- 3 medium – lemon
- 1 cup – water
- Optional: 1 tbsp of butter
Instructions
- Place the 1 cup water and the 2 tbsps of lemon juice in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Insert the metal steamer basket and place the frozen cod fillets on top.
- Sprinkle the herb(s) on top of the cod.
- Put the Instant Pot lid on and set the Manual timer for 4 minutes.
- When the timer goes off do a quick release.
- Optional: Remove the cod and melt a light layer of butter over the top.
- Serve with extra lemon, extra herbs, and/or salt and pepper.
