Recipe - Version 1
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.)
- ¼ cup and extra 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, plus extra olive oil for cooking the meatballs
- 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the meatballs.
- Mix everything evenly to combine.
- Shape into roughly 16 meatballs ( or really however big you need them; you “could” make just one huge one! ).
