Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced fresh garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together; use immediately or store covered in the refrigerator.
