Ingredients
½ lb of dried black beans
3 cups of water
½ tsp garlic, onion, chili powder
Instructions
- Rinse the beans and remove any rocks, etc.
- Add everything into the Instant Pot.
- Put on the lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Natural release for 20 minutes when the timer goes off.
Notes
- I didn’t get much of the flavor when they were just cooked. Then the next day the spices were almost overpowering, so they must have been absorbed later.
